Upholding the Language of the Holy Quran

The Holy Quran will always be to Muslims the source of Values, Wisdom & Motivation. Furthermore, Allah The Almighty with his infinite wisdom chose The Arabic language to be the carrier of this great gift to humanity. Thus The Arabic Language will always remain the key to understanding the Holy Quran and without it humans will never be to able benefit from this great source. On the other hand it is rather disheartening to see many Muslims abandoning The Arabic Language, whether it is due to ignorance or negligence. And this applies to all Muslims irrespective of their race.

We should all know that Arabic as a language has been clearly distinguished by our beloved prophet - peace and mercy be upon him - from Arab culture and race. Allah The Almighty has chosen this language and raised it above racism and tribalism in order to make it the road to equality. Therefore all Muslims should strive to learn the language and maintain it if they want to truly understand and benefit from The Holy Quran.

Thus, SABEEL EDUCATION took it upon itself to be the facilitator for this rather hard task. SABEEL EDUCATION was founded by a group of Canadian-Muslim activist that came together to initiate this noble project to strive with the aid of Allah (SWT) to offer programs, services, and various activities aimed to preserving the Arabic language in the hearts, minds, and tongues of the young Muslim generation in Canada, whether they are from Arab or non-Arab origin. This group strives to this, beseeching that Allah (SWT) makes this initiative a basis for the unity and prosperity of the Muslim community; for we are certain these results will never be achieved except with the upholding of the Holy Quran.

We also extend or hand to our beloved community seeking its blessings, assistance and cooperation to achieve those goals that will eventually, Insha’Allah, pay dividends to all our community members.
